Professional Experience

  • From 2006 to 2009, I was employed as a Sampling Manager at EUROTRADE INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company involved in the mining sector. His responsibilities included overseeing the sampling of minerals to ascertain their quality and viability for trading. His work contributed to improving the accuracy of mineral assessments and supporting the company’s trading decisions.

 

  • In 2010 and 2011, I worked as an Operations Manager at MINERAL SUPPLY AFRICA LTD, a firm dedicated to mineral processing and export. Mr. Niyigaba was pivotal in managing the processing operations, ensuring that the minerals processed met both domestic and international standards, thereby enhancing the company’s export capabilities and market presence.
  • Between 2011 and 2014, I undertook the role of Managing Director at NIKA Mining Ltd, focusing on mining management. His duties encompassed overall company management, strategic planning, and operational oversight, which facilitated the company’s advancement in the mining industry and enhanced its operational efficiency and profitability.

 

  • Concurrently, from 2017 to 2023, I held the position of Founder and CEO at the International Technical School of Kigali (I.T.S Kigali), a vocational school. As the legal representative of the institution, he was responsible for establishing and maintaining operational standards, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and fostering an environment conducive to vocational learning and development.

 

  • From 2013 to Present, I am currently serving as the CEO of Gisande Trading Ltd, a company specializing in mineral mining and trading. In this capacity, he was instrumental in overseeing the company’s operations in mineral trading and processing, implementing strategies for efficient mining operations and market expansion. His leadership significantly contributed to Gisande Trading Ltd’s growth and reputation in the mineral trading sector.
